COVID 19 - IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT
We are back Open for business !!!
We are now taking booking from the 1st March.
We are back providing a fully contactless delivery and installation service for our inflatables. Your safety and the safety of our staff is paramount.
All inflatables will be thoroughly disinfected before and after each hire.
Full PPE will be worn on delivery and collection for the customers protection and ours. 
The following steps below we are taking to keep our customers, their children and our staff safe are:
HIRE RESTRICTIONS
1) Secure gardens only (flat grass) with gated access. We cannot enter through the house.
2) Private parties only for your household solely adhering to government restrictions at all times. We must stress, we do not condone public gatherings.
3) Anyone in your household with covid-19 symptoms within the last 14 days CANNOT hire.
CONTACTLESS DELIVERY
1) Payment online or if necessary cash in a sealed envelop.
2) Social distancing rules will apply, you must STAY INDOORS on our arrival, set-up and collection, or if necessary maintain a 2m distance from staff at all times.
3) If you do not have an outdoor socket you will need to leave a window/ door open for the extension lead plug. Please wait for us to stand back at least 2m before collecting the extension plug.

Cleaning & Disinfection
On arrival all castles/soft play items will be thoroughly cleaned/disinfected before use. we will not clean/disinfect the castles/soft play items when we collect however they will be stored for a minimum of 48hrs before hiring out to another customer.
Weather
We reserve the right to cancel your booking by law if the wind speed/gust speed is above 24mph. you can view this by clicking Here https://www.hse.gov.uk/entertainment/fairgrounds/inflatables.htm
The wind can change throughout the day, it is the responsibility of the customer to turn off the inflatable if the wind speed/gust go over 24mph. An anemometer and wind record sheet will be provided on occasions where wind conditions are forecasted.
In rain conditions at the time of delivery or if heavy or prolonged rain is forecast on the morning of your booking we reserve the right to cancel your booking.
Agreement of Hire
We ask customers not to do the following on or near the inflatable.
- No Smoking
- No Food or drink
- No Chewing Gum
- No Drug Substance
- No pets allowed
- No Barbeques
- No Ink Pens or felt pens
- No foam, Sand, bubbles or water fights.
This is due to the PVC can become slippery and dangerous.
Before using the inflatable we ask customer to remove
These items can be placed on the mats provided at the front of the inflatable.
High Heels can damage the mats and MUST NOT be worn.
Soft Play Hire
When hiring one of our soft play items for outdoor use the soft play must be kept undercover e.g. Gazebo or something similar.
Use of Inflatable
Always ensure when hiring the inflatable it is not over crowded and limit the number of people using it accordingly. Try to avoid Large and small children using the inflatable at the same time (You can check this by viewing the label on the side of the inflatable). Adults and children must not use the inflatable at the same time except when an adult is accompanying their/a child.
We ask that our customers to behaviour in a sensible manner i.e no climbing on the walls/sides, no pushing/ colliding or fighting that could cause injury or destress to others using the inflatable.
