A:We always set-up our inflatables, this is to ensure that the equipment is installed correctly & operates safely.
Q:How long does it take to set-up
A:Around 10-25 minutes depending on access to the venue & the equipment you are hiring.

A:Most of our units are fitted with shower/sun covers & will cope with a passing shower, however if the rain becomes prescient you should not use the inflatable, doing so could be dangerous as the unit becomes very slippery. A:No, under no circumstances must adults use equipment that is not designed for their use. A: It depends on how steep the slope is, a slight slope is acceptable and a steep slope is not. If you are unsure then give us a call. (Garden viewing is available before hire free of charge)
Q: Can you set up on concrete / hard-standing?
A: We do not set up our inflatables on concrete / hard-standing as it is very unsafe to do so. We need a secure fixing into turf for the inflatables mooring points. You will need to provide an area of reasonably flat grass.
Q: Why are there two measurements for your inflatables?
A: The first measurement is the size of the inflatable. The size of the inflatable determines the amount of users on the inflatable at the same time. All Anchor points, Fan and inflation tube to the rear of the inflatable and crash mats to the front/side Need to be included in space required.
